Canada has a proud history of welcoming newcomers. More and more, we are a nation composed of a multitude of cultures and languages. Newcomers to Canada, however, can experience challenges that affect their health– including being able to access culturally appropriate services and find familiar foods. to Underemployment is another challenge many newcomers face.
